Conclusn delivers value to our clients in a variety of formats. Here are our common Deliverables and a short description of each.
Data Sources
A Data Source is any EHR, PM, Finance, HR, Payroll, or other connection that Conclusn must make to grab data and ingest into our Common Data Model.
Users
A User is an individual who uses their own email address to login to the Conclusn environment.
Template Dashboards
Template Dashboards are analytics views that Conclusn has already created for multiple clients and that we have standardized to implement quickly.
Custom Dashboards
Custom Dashboards are new, bespoke Dashboards we create for clients, or Template Dashboards that are heavily customized to meet unique client needs.
Insights Sandbox
The Insights Sandbox is a business-centric copy of our data models available for our clients’ more technical users to create their own Dashboards. The Insights Sandbox contains all Data Sources and is updated on the same schedule as the data used to populate Dashboards.
Data Warehouse
The Data Warehouse contains the capacity to integrate from 10 to a virtually unlimited number of disparate Data Sources in an environment available to clients to create reports, analytics, and even operational analytics, all managed securely in the cloud by Conclusn.
Partner Services
Partner Services are small data payloads sent from the Conclusn environment to a client third party vendor like a patient education or reputation vendor. Partner Services can either be one-way or a two-way transmission where vendor data is brought back into Conclusn for inclusion in analytics.
SMART Consulting
SMART Consulting is any consulting service that we provide to our clients outside of these Deliverables. Some examples are:
- Process Auditing,
- Change Recommendations,
- Additional Custom work on a Template or Custom Dashboard,
- One-time data or analytics requests
